You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard settings.

Job applications

When you apply for a role, we share the details you submit — your name, email, phone number, cover note and CV link — with that hirer only. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give with the tick box on the application form, and the hirer receives the application by email as well as in their hiring dashboard so they can respond quickly.

You can withdraw an application at any time from your candidate dashboard, which removes your details from the hirer's dashboard on this site. Applications are deleted automatically 12 months after they are submitted. Hirers may only use applicant details to consider you for the role you applied for; they must not reuse them for marketing. Emails already delivered to a hirer's inbox sit outside our systems, so ask us and we will contact them on your behalf.
